Our SLEEP Blend includes a combination herbal ingredients to encourage a restful night’s sleep: Valerian root is a natural, slumber-inducing ingredient, Chamomile is widely known to support quality sleep and the popular adaptogen, Ashwagandha, which is believed to bring calm: helping support mental wellbeing and promoting relaxation.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water; half an hour to 1 hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the daily dose. Daily use over 2-4 weeks is advised for best results.
