Very dark red in colour, packed with intense blackberry and plum fruit on the nose. Hints of spice due to ageing in French oak. Well balanced and well-structured with a long finish.

Vinification Details
A limited production wine with only 22,000 bottles made per year. Slow fermentation to achieve maximum fruit extraction, followed by 24 months in new French oak barrels before bottling.
