Dry, delicate and elegant - classic ros from Southern France. Delicate spice aromas leading seductively to a soft, vinous and round palate with abundant ripe fruit.

Regional Information

Covering over 1000 square miles of mountains, rivers, lakes and forests the Pays d'Oc area accounts for roughly 14% of all French wine production, and produces more wine each year than the whole of New Zealand. The region is home to many grape varieties, and known for medium-full bodies reds, dry ross and dry sparkling white wines.

Vinification Details

This beautiful ros is all made in the press, no saigne for Juselet. A sophisticated blend of 70% Cinsault and 30% Grenache Noir, kept on fine lees to nourish the wines through the winter and spring, the result is a wine of fragrance and 'delicatesse'.
