Recipe Suggestion
You will need:
300ml boiling water, 200g diced meat or meat alternative, a handful (80g) vegetables of your choice.
1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add diced protein and fry until cooked through.
2. Add vegetables and fry for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add 300ml boiling water and the contents of the sachet into the pan.
4. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
